GOFL Memorable Moments

1. Glenn defeats Vic by 1/3 of an inning pitched on the last pitch of the MLB season from Greg Aquino in 2004.

2. Pete and Wheats end in a tie in 2008 basketball. They tied in assists to make it 4-4-1, but Pete held the points category - the
tiebreaker. David West is once again the MVP of a title team.

3. Scott and KU end in a tie in 2008(b) football, but Scott holds tiebreaker as top seed from barely finishing ahead of KU in the
regular season total points.

4. Down 14 games played due to injuries with no moves vs. Glenn in 2005 basketball, Vic pulls the upset on the backs of Ben Gordon
and Michael Redd's huge weeks.

5. Stephen Curry drops 42 pts on the last game of the year to overtake Vic in the points category and win the title for Chad.

6. Drew wins the inaugural GOFL fantasy league season ever in 2002 football. We laughed at him for drafting Drew "Sack Dummy"
Bledsoe, but he proved to be the fixture of his title team. It was discovered that Drew kept a lucky banana in his drawer at work all
season. Nasty joker!

7. The dominance of Tony: 2 TD's from Testaverde (ugg) to Coles in the 4th qtr of the last game brings Tony back from behind vs.
Vic to capture the 2005(b) inaugural title. Tony followed up this rookie season by winning the regular season title in 2005 baseball,
repeating in football in 2006(b), winning the regular season and championship titles in 2006 baseball, winning the regular season title
in 2007 basketball during his rookie season, and winning 2009 baseball . That's 4 rings and 4 regular season titles in 10 seasons if
you're counting..

8. Vic runs from 9th place to 2nd place in 7 weeks during 2008 baseball and captures the title over Chad in the finals, 10-2. A couple
of controversial trades added to the competitiveness of the league this season.

9. Vince repeats in 2005-2006 baseball to become first ever back-to-back title holder.

10. Tomlinson carries Chad to a title in 2003(b) and 2003(c) football.

11. Vic spanks the vets in his first baseball season in 2003(a) by beating Glenn in the finals. Vic meets Chris, Antonio,  and Albert for
the first time. Vic also doubled up by beating Antonio in the finals in 2003(b) baseball. Carlos Beltran was on both teams and would
later win him another title in 2008.

12. Vic misses a playoffs for the first time ever in the 2006(a) football season, ending a stretch of 21 consecutive seasons in the
dances. He missed despite scoring the 3rd most points in the league but ending with a 6-7 record.

13. Scott marches to 20-2 in the 2007-2008(b) football league before falling to Vince. Scott would go on to win the title and repeat in
a hail of dominance.

14. Vince starts the 2005(b) football season out 6-0, but losed 7 in a row to miss the playoffs.

few!
